Important information for your stay

What additional services can I book?

We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Do you have any additional requests? We will be happy to fulfil them. Here you will find an overview of our extra services that can be booked separately:

  • Early check-in (subject to availability) from 12 noon: €20
  • Early check-in (subject to availability) from 8 am: €40
  • Late check-out (subject to availability) until 1 pm: €20
  • Late check-out (subject to availability) until 3 pm: €40
     
  • Additional towels: €15
  • Interim cleaning: €50
  • Dog: €20 per stay (dogs must be registered when booking)
What additional services are included in the room price?
  • Children up to 2 years of age stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair.
  • Free parking for bicycles and e-bikes
  • Luggage storage before check-in & after check-out
How often will my room be cleaned and when are towels changed?

It is easy to settle in and relax at the salt townhouse. Because we care about the environment and are conscious of conserving resources, we ask for your understanding that we do not clean the rooms every day.

  • Rubbish collection & refill service: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Fresh towels: every 4 days
  • Bed linen & interim cleaning: every 8 days

If you need more, just let us know before your arrival or book your extras directly with us.

What facilities can I use?

On the second floor, you will find our guest laundry room, which you can use free of charge as our guest. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

  • Washing machine & dryer
  • Shared refrigerator
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Iron & ironing board
  • Shoe care
Can I have breakfast at the hotel?

Yes! Our Salzkrämerei, our in-house café & bistro located right inside the salt townhouse, has been open since March. You can easily add breakfast to your reservation when booking online – breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate.

 

Our hotel breakfast (€20 per person) includes:

  • 1 hot beverage
  • fresh pastries
  • ham, cheese, homemade spread, soft-boiled egg
  • yogurt with fruits and granola

If you’d prefer to start your day with something light, you can also choose just one of our breakfast classics from the menu.
