Can I select and reserve a specific apartment?
Due to the different room layouts and amenities in our apartments, it is unfortunately not possible to reserve a specific apartment. However, we always do what we can to take your wishes into account and find a suitable solution for you.
How much does final cleaning cost?
The final cleaning fee is charged separately and is €80 per apartment.
What additional services can I book?
Do you have any additional requests? We will be happy to fulfil them. Here you will find an overview of our extra services that can be booked separately:
- Early check-in (subject to availability) from 12 noon: €20
- Early check-in (subject to availability) from 8 am: €40
- Late check-out (subject to availability) until 1 pm: €20
- Late check-out (subject to availability) until 3 pm: €40
- Additional towels: €15
- Interim cleaning: €60
- Dog: €20 per night (dogs must be registered when booking)
What additional services are included in the room price?
- Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair.
- Free parking for bicycles and e-bikes
- Luggage storage before check-in & after check-out
How often will my room be cleaned?
We offer modern self-catering apartments – without the restrictions of a hotel, but with the maximum freedom and comfort. You decide what you need and when. Because we care about the environment and sustainability, we are committed to using resources consciously. Therefore, we do not offer daily room cleaning.
Instead, we provide the following services:
- Rubbish disposal: please use the rubbish disposal room located on the ground floor – please separate your waste carefully and dispose of it in the correct bins.
- Bed linen & interim cleaning: every 8 days
- Final cleaning fee: one-time payment of €80 per apartment
Would you like to wash your towels? A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the guest laundry room. If you need more, just let us know before your arrival or book your extras directly with us.
What facilities can I use?
At the salt residences, you will find a guest laundry room, which you can use free of charge as our guest. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- Washing machine & dryer
- Vacuum cleaner
- Iron & ironing board
- Shoe care
In the guest laundry room, you will also find our baking boxes and games boxes available to borrow. Please return them tidy and complete.
