Because we care about the environment, we ask for your understanding that we do not clean the rooms every day:

Rubbish collection & refill service: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Fresh towels: every 4 days
Bed linen & interim cleaning: every 8 days

Can I have breakfast at the hotel?

No, we do not offer breakfast at the salt townhouse.

However, there are numerous charming breakfast spots nearby, from classic to creative. We are happy to give you tips and recommendations for cafés and bakeries nearby. Just ask or take a look at our digital guest information folder!

Can I bring my dog?

Of course! We would be delighted to welcome your four-legged friend to the salt. Up to two dogs are allowed per room/apartment in our properties. Please make sure to register your dog when booking your stay.

Cost: €20 per stay
Please bring your own dog bowl, blanket, etc.

Is there a lift at the the salt townhouse?

Yes, the salt townhouse has a lift. All floors are easily accessible.

Where can I park my car?

Paid public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Find more information here: Location & Directions.

Is there a reception or check-in on site?

There is a reception desk at the salt townhouse. Please note that it is only staffed from 9 am to 1 pm. You can check in either directly on-site or contactless via a digital system. We organise your entire stay in just a few steps. You will receive step-by-step instructions by email before your arrival.

7 days before arrival, we will send you a link to the online registration form and ask you to fill it out completely.
1 day before arrival, we will send you all the important information about your journey and parking.
On the day of arrival (15 minutes before the official check-in time at 3 pm), you will receive a detailed email with all the details you need, such as the code for the key safe, a map, and other useful information.

Is there WiFi in the hotel?

We would like to offer guests a modern, digital guest journey. Free high-speed WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.

Can I cancel my room?

You will find our cancellation policy when you book your stay – depending on the rate, free cancellation is possible up to a certain point in time. Before you cancel, please contact us in good time – we may be able to reschedule your stay and save everyone the additional costs.

Up to 31 days before the start of your stay – free cancellation
15 to 30 days before the start of your stay – 50% of the total agreed price
8 to 14 days before the start of your stay – 80% of the total agreed price
Up to 7 days before the start of your holiday – 100% of the total agreed price

For refunds of payments already made, we charge a flat-rate processing fee of €90 (per booking). You can find more information in our Terms & Conditions.

Are there baby cots or extra beds available?

We are happy to provide baby cots free of charge upon request.

Is it possible to wash laundry at the salt townhouse?

On the second floor, you will find a guest laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. Use of these facilities is free of charge.
